If assistance of a staff member to load or unload your items is required, this will incur a service fee. Fee is dependent on the size of the package. Please note we have a 7 day grace period; if packages are held longer than 7 days, the noted fee will apply weekly. Prices include delivery guest room/function space. Prices do not include unloading or setting up of items received.

Fairmont Olympic Hotel recognizes that pets are an extended part of your family and we are pleased to welcome dogs and cats to our property with a pet cleaning fee of $75.00 USD per stay. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from the pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account if damage is caused.
