Sustainable Responsibility

Consistently striving to drive positive change in the hospitality industry and reduce the impact of our activities, Fairmont Olympic Hotel endeavors to employ as many sustainable practices as possible, including participating in The Fairmont Olympic Bee Programour with our rooftop garden apiary. Helping the dwindling bee population, since 2009, The Olympic hives have housed approximately 180,000 bees per season, producing pure, raw honey used in our restaurants and bars.
